EDITORIAL POLICY / LAST UPDATED 13 SEP 2026

Clear research needs
clear boundaries.

How this publication separates education, observation, personal journaling and financial advice.

01

Purpose and scope

KB Market Notes documents personal research, professional learning and observations about capital markets, trading systems, financial products and technology. The material is published for education and documentation. It does not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product.

02

Market-risk disclosure

Trading and investing involve the risk of loss. Derivatives, leverage and algorithmic execution can amplify losses and may not be appropriate for every person. Past performance, examples and historical analysis do not guarantee future results. Readers should independently verify information and consult qualified advisers where appropriate.

03

Research standards

Notes distinguish observable facts from interpretation wherever practical. Posts are dated, and material corrections should be disclosed rather than silently changing the original thesis. Hypothetical examples and personal journal entries should not be interpreted as live recommendations.

04

Positions and conflicts

The author may hold or trade instruments discussed in published notes. Where a position creates a material conflict relevant to a specific article, the article should disclose it. Views are personal and do not represent current or former employers unless explicitly stated.

05

Privacy

This site does not intentionally collect visitor financial information. When you contact the author by email, phone or LinkedIn, those services process the information you choose to share under their own policies. The private Writer Studio uses authenticated identity solely to restrict publishing access.

06

Corrections and contact
